需求--能否添加连接gpt接口生成文本描述的功能

添加openai-api的接口类型，功能：输入prompt，生成文本描述，

  • 设置接口地址
  • 设置token可以默认无，以使用自己部署的chatglm3等模型
  • GPT4接口
  • 批量的图片描述文本生成
