Roadmap should indicate trip fares when available

OTP android should display trip fares when available. I think the best place for it is in the roadmap.

@kalon33 By roadmap, do you mean the printed itinerary? Or the map view with markers?

@barbeau : the printed itinerary. It may also be displayed on the map view with markers, but maybe it would be too much data on the map don't you think?
