Announce the app

I have thought that could be a good idea to add the app to http://www.citygoround.org/apps/. But, I'm not sure if will be better to wait and improve more the app, before we advertise it in important pages.

As soon as we do the next release, I plan to advertise on more sites and listserves. Let's add any potential sites/lists that we can advertise to in comments on this issue.

I've decided to wait to announce the app publicly until the OTP REST API hits 1.0 and is guaranteed to be backwards compatible with OTP Android (i.e., wouldn't require changes to OTP Android to support new OTP servers). The OTP release schedule has been very unpredictable, and I don't want to announce the app and then have the OTP REST API change structure on us.
