Misleading "coming soon for phat PS2" for more than 5 years

I would like to point out that “soon” after 5 years can in no way be described as soon !!!

Therefore I ask for a change or a final update that includes this part of README.md @CTurt :

Custom disc setup - Phat
Instructions for building the phat exploit coming soon.

Yeah I'm currently having that same problem and have been for 5 years no one's made any instructions for the fat models and how to make custom discs and it's a little discouraging but if I figure it out I will post it here
