2.12K/G and 3.03/3.04J will fail

I have the silver EU SCPH-50004 with 3.03E. I went back in the git history, grabbed the 3.03 ISO and burned it via xfburn at 4x speeds on a DVD+R.
Didn't work. Black screen.
