ps2 stuck on reading disk

i did everything like the GitHub steps said i burned FreeDVDBoot in DVD-r using imgburn at lowest speed and inserted the dvd in my ps2 and just get stuck reading disc. the ps2 is working normally but it doesn't show the dvd and always reading when the disc is inserted
