DVD Player 3.10U, SCPH-70012 "Unable to Read Disc" Error

My exact steps:

• Took an empty Maxell DVD+R disc and put it into my PC.
• Used Imgburn to burn 'All PS2 Slims - English language.iso' to it, at 1x speed. This failed.
• Took another empty but identical Maxell DVD+R disc and put it into my PC.
• Used CDBurnerXP Portable x64 and repeated the same steps, with these options applied. This also failed. What do I do from here to solve this issue?

I forgot to mention that this is a PS2 slim, lol.

Try a DVD-R (if you have one) but if not then try turning off DVD high compatibility. It was off for me. Also try Verify data after burning. Just tryna help but probably will not work with my stupid peanut sized brain.
