Renaming .elf to .ifo is not working

Copying OPNPS2LD-v1.0.0.ELF to /VIDEO_TS/ renaming it to VTS_02_0.IFO is not working to boot into OPL as initial program. Is this the correct method to do it? Can someone make a (video)tutorial how to change the "inital program" to OPL?
