How do you play burned games!!

I have burned FreeDVDBoot , booted it and is working perfectly fine, my question is that how do you play burned games on it. I have a FIFA14(the game) ISO burned on a DVD and i want to play it, please share detailed instructions, are there any specific booting instructions as well? What to do with FreeDVDBoot CD after booting? Please share instructions for other burned DVD games too!! I know my question is lame but I have never owned a PS2 and I got my uncles old PS2(details given below)

Download this Tool, then patch one of your "self dumped" ISOs, burn it to a DVD-R, insert Disc. That's it :D
