CIA/3DSX app issues

I'm using the 0.6 release. The CIA app doesn't give the C-stick/ZL/ZR inputs to vJoy. The 3DSX app does, but it locks up when exiting to homebrew via START+SELECT.

Me too. Not only vJoy, my CIA app didn't give New3DS exclusive inputs to keyboard either.
