3dsController.ini file not working

I'm using n3ds 11.2 a9lh and when I change the PC 3dsController.ini it doesn't change anything, the 3ds still uses the default controls, and the circle pad does nothing.

Both .ini files, both the PC and the 3DS, should be called: 3DSController.ini

Pass me your .ini file, to verify

I had trouble using the 3dsx and cia files in CTurt's latest release, only that my problem was that the New 3DS buttons and joystick didn't work. I solved this by using a newer fork by someone else who had an up-to-date 3dsx and cia files. Try building the software yourself or use a fork.
