MSVCR120.dll Missing...

I downloaded the DLL, and added it to system 32, but no luck.

Windows 7 - 64bit

Try installing vcredist_x86.exe ( https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=40784 )

I had already downloaded that. When I put the DLL in the same directory, I no longer get the error.

Instead, I get:

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)."

it worked when I put the dll in the same directory as the exe file
