Pro Controller Won't Work - Running Win 11 - Connects but not as controller

Is there any way to get the software to recognize the pro controller as a keyboard mouse input device, cause that is what my computer sees. CTCaer's Joy-Con Toolkit - Connection Error! 8_12_2021 10_39_33 PM IMG_1742 As I am aware, it should show up as a controller input, and not a keyboard mouse input or whatever it is.

Im running jctool_v5.2.0 on a windows 11 preview

I'm also running into this issue. Using a stock Nintendo Switch Pro controller. Just got a skin for it and want to change the color to reflect its new look.
