Modifying the MAC

Hey,

so unfortunately one of my joy cons broke and I had to replace the PCB so I got a replacement.
Unfortunately, this PCB has FF:FF:FF:FF:FF:FF as MAC so I want to change it to the MAC of the broken PCB (94:58:CB ...).

Is this technically possible? The MAC is in the first few bytes (0x16 - 0x1A) of the SPI backup but is it even possible to write a different value to this area via Bluetooth or would it require direct access to the SPI ROM (MX25U4033E)?
