Without having a license specifically called out it is technically not available for reuse. Could you add an open source license to make it legal for us to use it? Thanks!

Jeremiah There was a license and rights specified in the body of the code. We have moved it to the root and hope that satisfies your need. The licenses for the original card.io http://card.io/ code still applies.
Do you have a commercial use for the code? If so we are available on a project basis if you need help adapting it .
