New Zealand deaths overwritten to match new death definition

Hello all,

The Government of New Zealand has recently revised their definition of a COVID-19 death as noted here:

"*The Ministry of Health has recently switched its definition of 'deceased' from deaths within 28 days of testing positive for COVID-19 to deaths attributed to COVID-19. See the definitions section below for further details."

Moving forward, our data will only reflect the deaths reported using their new definition.

With the help of the Ministry of Health, we've been able to correct our historical data to match this new definition using this file on the NZ Health GitHub repository. The ministry was kind enough to add column C at our request and we are very grateful for their assistance.
