Netherlands Cases and Deaths back distributed Feb 22, 2022 to June 7, 2022

Hello all,

This commit revises our case and death counts for the Netherlands from February 22, 2022 to June 7, 2022. We recently became aware that we had been inflating the total cases for the Netherlands in our "unknown, Netherlands" entry. This was due to alterations made to the source dashboard on that date that were not caught by our development team. To align our historical data with that of the source, we have corrected our historical data using this csv file published by RIVM. (WARNING: this file is over 24 MB in size and will automatically download). The correction implements one day of stale day on 2/22/2022. Our live reporting will now match of the source. Apologies for this disruption.
