Query: Related to less reported new cases on April 25 for India.

For April 25, new cases are very less; 11, whereas other sources have 2541 count.

Can you please confirm if this is due to Github #5681?

Also, Can you confirm if the source of JHU feed for India updates data of the previous date on the current date? For example If the source shows As on: 27 Apr 2022, 08:00 IST (GMT+5:30) then does it mean it updates the data on the 26th April?
