Giant jump in Nebraska cases likely from a backlog

Case counts in Nebraska on Feb. 28 skyrocketed in a way that is almost certainly a sign of a significant backlog, but I'm not seeing any discussion anywhere about it.

Sample trends week-over-week: Colfax 2 to 144, Dawson 8 to 226, Douglas 544 to 6,788.

New York Times data shows a similar increase.
