Program starting with gray page and not able to use the menu

Hi guys! I am able to run the program, but whenever it starts, it starts with a gray page, and you have to press on Esc so then I get to the main page, but then I am not able to see the menu from the upper side (File, Edit, Image, Layer, etc.), so I have to press on the Home button, it leads me to the same gray page from the beginning, and then if I press Esc again, it shows the menu for 1 second, and then it disappears again. Can you please assist with this? I'm using a ChromeOS device and enabled Linux Dev mode on it. Attached you will find the screenshots with what I get and a screencast.

Hello @sharkster997 , Try press and holding the Alt+Control+Shift keys. If don't work try to press the Ctrl key, this in Linux shows or hide the menu of a program.

Hello @sharkster997 , First sorry for slow respond. It is strange that the menu doesn't appear. If you want you can wait until 18/04/2022 because I will try to release the latest version of Photoshop 2022 (I think it is 23 v) and it may work for you. In the event that it does not work for you, if you want without a problem, we can do a Google Meet and see what the failure is. Thank you very much for your patience!

Hello @sharkster997 , Yes, finally I can't release at this moment, it gives me a error related to the communication with Adobe Creative Cloud. But I think that in this summer I can fix it, right now I don't have time, srry 🙏 If you want we can make a Google Meet for try to fix your bug.
