This pull request introduces the following changes to enhance the Contact section of our website: Hover Effects on Links: Adds visually appealing hover effects to the contact links (email, LinkedIn, GitHub, Instagram, YouTube) to improve user interaction. Integrated Contact Form: Implements a user-friendly contact form directly in the Contact section, allowing visitors to easily reach us.
