[Bug]:Footer links under About CSEdge and Learn More section are not working.

What happened?

Issue Description

The footer links under the "About CSEdge" section (specifically the "Read More" link) and the "About" and "Services" tabs under "Learn More" section are not navigating to their respective links.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the CSEdge website.
2. Scroll down to the footer section.
3. Click on the "Read More" link under the "About CSEdge" section.
4. Observe that the link does not navigate to any page.
5. Similarly, click on the "About" and "Services" tabs under "Learn More" section and observe the same issue.

Expected Behavior

Clicking on the "Read More" link under "About CSEdge" and the "About" and "Services" tabs should navigate to their respective pages or sections.

Actual Behavior

Clicking these links does not lead to any navigation; there is no response.
