The tests fail because `access_token` is now called by `encoded_post_logout_redirect_uri` and this function calls `client.access_token!` if no access token has previously been fetched. The tests do not mock this function...

When using keycloak the `id_token_hint` must be provided to directly redirect to the `post_logout_uri` without a confirmation dialog. I implemented a [patch](https://github.com/CSDUMMI/omniauth_openid_connect/commit/be44fbf260b8eeac6fcfd4ed7150a263fef5fe7c) to this gem that successfully skipped this confirmation...

I'm facing this exact issue on a Mastodon deployment with docker-compose. How would I check if the `-db-migrate` job finished successfully?

I've tried using a footnote style with this and it still showed the citations inline. Am I missing something?
