Expiring users

Should old non-active users be expired after certain amount of time?

How to expire a user? Should the applications still show the user but as "Removed"?

Discussed in planning in December:

Deleting users' personal data

• If a user does not have user history and has not done anything e.g. for 5 years, delete all information regarding the user
• ~~If they have been part of an application, consider renaming them as removed user~~

Notes about planning:

• Regarding deleting applications we decided we can only delete expired applications
• Same should apply to users, only expired users can be deleted
• This means that user does not have any active applications (so either they have never done an application or the application has been deleted), only then a user can be deleted
