Improvements to Report page
Potential improvements to Report page (from Make):
- [ ] There could be text about what kind of export this one is, e.g. it currently doesn't mention CSV which it could, or does it export closed ones too etc. Or that it will include the field values.
- [ ] The Report page could have an intro text too.
- [ ] There could be a heading on Report page.
Overall the reports page seems like it is out of date and we need feedback from the community on what kind of reports are needed.
Some oddities found during random exploratory clicking:
- Owner can export applications, but receives empty CSV-exports due to lacking role?
- Handler can access reports page, but clicking export returns forbidden page
This sure could use some improvements, but with an actual use case preferably.
Only the reporter has the permissions to see every application. The owner by default sees only their own applications, or the ones they have participated in, but they do have access to the API. Handlers don't have a right to the report API. All the users that have access to administration can see the stuff, but not everyone can do stuff.

Big Picture project would need the following organization specific reports:
- number of dataset accession requests
- number of dataset accession requests granted
- number of days between data set accession request and request granted
- number of data requesters on application
Currently the report cannot handle special characters such as äöå etc
