Scrape county data

Many states are starting to report county level data. It would be great to have that!

Hi, I am interested in contributing and I have written scrapers for: https://cv.nmhealth.org/ and http://nmindepth.com/interactive-map-new-mexico-covid-19-cases/

Since now each state has its plan to reopen , the county level data (positive tests, negative tests ) for each state is more important than ever. Without vaccines, the county level data could play an important role.
