Scrape Age Group Data

Some states are also starting to report age group data. For example Oregon. It would extremely useful to also have this data. Especially because transmission by young people may be a major factor in community spreading!

The state websites do not seem to be publishing time-series data, so every day scraped is a day more of accessible data later on.
