chore(docs): Replace code of conduct with link to project's code of conduct

I know this has been rolled into the website repo, but since the repo is still around I wanted to be sure the project's Code of Conduct was referenced from here. This replaces the Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct that was brought over when the project was created.
