vspec2aaproperties: jinja2 missing from install requirements

The jinja2 python module is missing from the install requirements. This leads to errors when you try and run the Android VHAL code generator vspec2aaproperties

This only concerns "code_generation" branch as of today, not existing in "master" yet?

code_generation branch for android, will be merged, when finished. Fix should be done for missing dependency.
