The counter value in subscribe message

Describe the bug

I would like to confirm the counter value which sends in SubscribeAck. After server receives subscribe message, it seems that server sends SubscribeAck with same counter value. In vsomeip v2.14.16, SubscribeAck sends same value. However SubscribeAck can send only "0" in v3.3.8. The specification says that Is used to differentiate identical Subscribe Eventgroups of the same subscriber.

What is the background in this modify. Will SubscribeAck be able to send same value in the future?
