Removing statics (singletons) enables to run multiple routing Managers in one process.

Hi @fayed23 Your problem looks similar that we have faced and fixed. To be sure you need to take this fix and test on your setup. Please let to know the outcome.

Our SW would like to involve vsomeip libary 3.5.1, can you confirm if this fix is included in 3.5.1 release ? Otherwise I still need to apply the patch manually.
