How to upgrade the Eclipse dependency version?

For https://github.com/COVESA/franca_ara_tools/wiki/How-to-install-the-faracon-tool-in-an-existing-Eclipse-instance Because Eclipse oxygen 3a.R can't install this plug-in. So I want to upgrade the plugin dependency

org.genivi.faracon.parent pom.xml I modified this pom. update jdt-core-version 3.13.100 -> 3.13.103 is not work.

Can someone help me please? Packaging is ok I just want to debug. 😭
