Faster loading of DLT files, applying filters and searching

Currently loading a dlt file, applying filters and searching is not very fast, especially when dlt files are getting bigger and bigger. It must be investigated, how loading dlt file scan be speed up e.g. using Muticores.

It would be nice to have public reference DLT files that can be used for testing and development, since volunteer developers are unlikely to have access to traces of actual ECUs
