Update CommonAPICppSpecification

Fix typo

Nitpicking, but if it's just a typo, a more descriptive first line of the commit would be "Fix typo in CommonAPICppSpecification", or "specification: fix typo" or "documenation: fix typo". (The second line is then not needed).

This means someone reading the summary git log might decide to ignore it, whereas "update" doesn't say what it actually is, and it also sounds like it's a major change that needs looking into.

@kthoms please follow the @gunnarx comment, something like "Fix typo in CommonAPICppSpecification" will be better.
