Plotting MLD

Make an example to plot Mixed Layer Depth from the model. This could be based on ContributedExamples/plot_mld.ipynb.

I am interested in this issue. I have a little "pick the MLD" GUI Michael Hemming and I made for some IMOS moorings data we could also try to convert to make it work with COSIMA data sets, if it is of interest. I don't seem to have the permissions to assign myself though, sorry @navidcy @adele-morrison
