cosima-recipes Combine the Overturning Circulation Recipe and the Basin-specific Overturning Circulation Recipe?

Seems a bit overkill to have two separate recipes? Could we just add 1-2 cells in the Meridional_Overturning_Circulation.ipynb and show how one can mask eg and get the overturning circulation for a particular basin and then delete the Atlantic_IndoPacific_Basin_Overturning_Circulation.ipynb?

No, and I've been searching for my comment for a while to get working on this conversion and hadn't been able to find it - if you've got bandwidth it's all yours.

I was more trying to get branches & draft PRs set up so the list in #313 is up to date, I'll finish that task then see what actually needs doing...
