Responsive social handle icons

No change while hovering over the social handle icons, making them a bit more responsive will make the website more appealing. social handle issue For this, the file to be worked on is _includes/sections/about.html.

@king-11 I was thinking of giving them a bit of rotation on hover, which would make it following the way the timeline appears on the page.
