Hi,

[bulk mode] salmon 1.10.3 the error was reported in partial jobs when I used salmon to quantify the LR-RNA-seq data (It works normally on some samples).

I don't know how to solve this problem. I tried to install salmon using different methods, But it still doesn't work.
