when poking url for VL2019 : officecdn.microsoft.com/pr/F2E724C1-748F-4B47-8FB8-8E0D210E9208/Office/Data/v64.cab (also 1D2D2EA6-1680-4C56-AC58-A441C8C24FF9)

you get a cab that contains outdated version 16.0.10412.20006

while C2RReleaseData contains up to date version 16.0.10416.20007 the README.MD is also outdated

is it an issue on MS side ? (where they forgot to update v64.cab ?

in the mean time this could be a workaround: the process could be asking C2RReleaseData first, then filter by FFN, then getting AvailableBuild instead of LkgBuild then poking officecdn.microsoft.com/pr/F2E724C1-748F-4B47-8FB8-8E0D210E9208/Office/Data/v64_16.0.10416.20007.cab

which they should have copied at v64.cab location
