Crashes after running a few seconds

Unity 2018.3 Windows 10 When i try and run the Unity demo in the editor it crashes after a few seconds.

i got this problem many times, i should force restart, can't open task manager or anything. i can't develop with convenience. Unity 2018.4.1f1 Windows 10 Latest Update AMD Ryzen 7 1800X 32GB Memory DDR4 Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti
