Thanks for your great work! I used the half-body video which is called example_speech. The input length is 10s. However, the result is only 2s.

Hi,

I ran my code again and things look normal to me. Can you check that the images corresponding to all the frames in the video are present in the 'data/example_speech/raw_image/' folder?
