Looking at the config file screenshot, the underlying issue appears to be the same as this issue, the config lines being placed in the wrong section. https://github.com/themepark-dev/theme.park/issues/688
I have no idea if this would fix your issue at all, but it's worth a shot, since the resulting `.m4b` file would be slightly different with this option set....

Might be better off with `.mp3` conversion for an old device like that, perhaps? Have the option of reducing quality that way to save space also.
