Explore use of Linksets for specs of links passed as parameter

We're currently using a pointer to a YAML file as a parameter to generate APIs from query lists. This YAML file uses a "grlc defined" schema and thus is not standard, but could (potentially) be with (potentially) minimal hacking if we use Linksets (almost RFC status)
