When signing with the adhoc option it seems like it clears entitlements, if possible add an option to preserve entitlements.
The crate applecodesign-rs uses (p12) seems to lack support for P12's with SHA256 hashing, causing it to not recognize the password when trying to codesign with it.
theres still an issue with incorrect permissions that may or may not be set when modifying files on linux, we shall figure that out soonish The GUI is still incomplete...
