Make new design available for mobile devices

v1.2 completely changed the design of Neuronify. We need to adapt this back to mobile devices again.

• [ ] Make side and top menu hidden when not activated
• [ ] Adapt main menu (New screen etc)
• [ ] Adapt creation menu
• [ ] Request camera permission only after adding visual input
• [ ] Hide playback controls automatically
