Support for more DXF entities

This is a known issue. Right now support for more additional DXF entities is not in the tool roadmap, the focus will be more on integrating design automation algorithms, etc. Here the entities that have come up in the user crash logs.

1. DIMENSION
2. MTEXT
3. INSERT
4. SPLINE

With the exception of SPLINE, we are not planning on adding support to any other DXF entity.
