Updated Onecall endpoint from 2.5 to 3.0 as 2.5 is deprecated. Fixed all NPM Audit Issues. Changed test and example to use environment variable for API Key. Added a comment about daily forecast being a paid subscription only product. Also added a test for the onecall endpoint.
