supplement data for example 6b

I am exploring Example 6b for the amazing grid meshing capability. But the data of coastline and landuse required for refinement were not included in the additional data from zendo. Is there link we can downland us_coastalreliefmodel_10mLMSL.shp and galveston_2016_CCAP.nc? I appreciate for guidance on this issue.

As an aside, Example 6b should be rewritten to use the new auto breakline constraint methodology. The 2-step method should be deprecated.

This was associated with my ND email which I no longer have access to. I'd recommend just creating a new Zenodo dataset at this point and then updating the README.
