constant_fold_lgamma_r fails

This test gets enabled only if LLVM' FileCheck tool is found in PATH.

It fails with error: cannot find ROCm device library; provide its path via '--rocm-path' or '--rocm-device-lib-path', or pass -nogpulib' to build without ROCm device library.

Is the error itself this test exposes a valid issue?

The actual test fails for some other reason I believe.
