Support for NCCL/RCCL via oneCCL

Is NCCL/RCCL support currently possible? If not, is there a way to manually patch it in with oneCCL?

It's not currently supported and implementing it via oneCCL would be a significant effort but something we could explore. What application are you working on that needs it?
